yea...thats about it

and should i do ed or rd because I am getting varied opinions. Some people say that ed is harder because the pool is more competitive but i dont know. So please give your opinion on what i should do and what my chances are

THANK YOU

I'm not so sure of your chances, but in regard to ED vs. RD, applying ED is statistically better, with a higher rate of acceptance than applying RD...At least it is that way with most schools...

bump....10 char

you're in (10 char)

You should definitely be fine. I'd be shocked if you didn't get in

anyone else....

bump....
and what do you guys think my chances are for georgetown mcdonough(sp) too

u will get into stern and georgetown easily, I would aim higher, look at some of the top ivies, they dont place as much emphasis on writing, so that is a very very strong SAT score, and ur GPA is decent, I wouldnt be surprised if u got into one of the top ivies.

apply to wharton

rly because i just got rejected from a wharton summer program...i dont think my stats are not high enough for wharton...but ill try i guess

i meant i dont think my stats are high enough for wharton

If you have high SAT II scores you should definitely have a shot at Wharton.

One thing that is important though is....where are you applying from? Northeast? Because that would make it more difficult for Georgetown too

bumb............

and are there any other colleges that are in my range statswise

You have a decent chance, but you're not "in" as some people here try to raise your hopes too much. Your GPA is very weak for Stern though your SAT is good. EC's decent, but not oustanding

i thought the average gpa for incoming undergrads was around 3.75 so my gpa is below average but it is not that far off...but i know my gpa is not the best

wow, these are the most optimistic comments i have ever seen on a college confidential chance thread before. Overall, you have great stats and def have a chance everywhere you apply.

since when was 4.4+ weighted gpa low?

my weighted gpa is fine but it is my unweighted gpa that is going to hold me back

any more chances....

bump...lol after 2 months i decide to bump this thread one more time

with an addition of
secretary of nhs
