My school offer only one AP class for juniors: AP chemistry

I'm a hardcore language&history person, and I never enjoy studying science.
Yeah i'm pretty sure that I'll get at least low A and manage to get 5 (maybe not:()in the AP exam, but I just don't wanna spend my energy and time studying it. My brain just can't learn it efficiently. I get so stressed when i'm studying for tests and stuffs.

Do you think I'd better drop out of that class?
this means that i'm not taking any AP class this year. I do take a USH class that is college level.( we don't need to take APtest to get credit. It IS college class. but it doesn't give me the AP GPA.)My weighted GPA for my junior year would be 4.0. If I do drop out of chem, I think i'll teach myself some subjects like econ, psychology, and Euro history to take AP tests.

Its best to keep a tough courseload during junior year since its the most critical for college admissions; that being said, if you hate chem to the point of insanity, go ahead and drop it.

From what youre saying, it sounds as if you want to drop it because of laziness no offense. You need to work your absolute hardest this year; you'll definitely regret it if you dont.

your just murdered my laziness. thank you!!

Depends on you. I personally don't think chem is that bad, but if you hate it drop it. But I agree with sainclaire that it looks like you can ace it if you want to (but I know that feeling of not wanting to do hw and just bs subjects; I'm doing it now).

If it was anything related to biology on the other hand (as in, basic bio too)...I'd drop it immediately even if getting a C+ meant getting a 6.9 GPA by default status.

I hated chem too. Worked my butt off to keep up with that class on top of drama productions, speech and debate trips, a part-time job, and a couple other APs. Pulled As in the class every quarter (although some of them were 90.1%s). You'll be OK.
