I hate my major...again!

I am currently a senior student for my second BA (I’m 26 already). I decided to study my second BA on Interior Design because I like to be creative and I just hate Political Science which is my first major so much. However, I have discovered that interior design is not for me and I am more into animation or character design. The big problem is that interior design is just very time-demanding and I am not that good at it, so I cannot manage to have time to follow this new passion while studying interior design. My original plan is to graduate first and then start applying for whatever short courses available out there. But to make things worse, it turns out that my school performance has been deteriorating to the point where I do not think I am going to be able to meet the minimum requirement to graduate anymore (I’m supposed to graduate in July).

I am not very sure what to do at this point. I have tried every way I know to raise my grades; talking to various professors, classmates, reading books, watching youtube; but nothing seems to work. Should I just drop out of college at this point? Though I am not sure if I can financially afford another year of college. I am not really sure what to do at this point and really need some advises. Every comment is appreciated!

PS English is not my native language though, so if the any explanation is not clear feel free to ask
PSS I am actually studying in Italy though

Make an appointment to speak with your advisor as soon as possible.

At my school they do not assign any advisors to each student, and every teacher just come to classes and then go back and work in their design studio. I am going to talk to the school soon to see if I can transfer to another program. However, I doubt if they could give me any career advice and they do not usually give away professors’ contact even if I ask (tried that once, didn’t work).
