I Have 2 Weeks to Get a 4 or Above on the AP WH Test?

Hi.

I am a 9th grader that is currently taking AP World History. I have had an “A” the whole year in this class, but just barely held on with extra credits and other assignments.

Even though this isn’t entirely true, here is the problem:

Currently, I look back at my notes and I have barely anything. I have nothing in my head right now, and my teacher barely even teaches. I have 2 weeks to master AP World History.

What do I do?!

Thank you

Try Crashcourse. Take heart though that unlike APUSH, a pass in World would only net you elective credit in college. That is, it is not likely to get you out of a degree requirement.

Ok thank you

Go through Ethel Wood’s study guide and there is this really useful teacher website called www.freeman-pedia.com that will be useful. I also use this other website, http://www.wuhsd.org/Page/3535, for help on writing the essays. The DBQ will be your easy ticket to a 4/5! There is even a thread on this website called, “Guide to receiving a 9 on every DBQ” It is VERY useful!

Wow thank you so much!

I’ve heard that the Barrons book is great for review.

@greenlegobrick Others on here have mentioned that it has excess information and 2 weeks wouldn’t be enough to decently go through it all.

@Hamlon yes that is very true. The minute details in it will help for the essays, but going through it in 2 weeks will be difficult. I would go with 5 steps to a 5.
I have less than 2 weeks at this point and I’m regretting getting Barrons.

getafive videos are the best if you dont rly like taking notes. if you only watch these videos without doing ANY other review, you get a 4 or a 5. thats how helpful they are.

@thetex @annana @Hamlon thanks everyone

@thetex there’s an error every time i try to enroll
