I have a lot of questions...

I am currently enrolled at a small LAC with a decent business school. I think our ranking is in the top 100. I’ve already declared my major as marketing and am starting work on a digital marketing minor. My plan was always to start here and apply as a transfer to a bigger (and better) school, but as I start my transfer apps, I am running into a few problems.
Here’s a little info:
My HS GPA was a 2.5 but I showed improvement throughout the 4 years and my HS was top 40 in the country.
My High School extra curricular’s were average.
My first-semester college GPA was a 3.5. This is with three business courses and a two core English/psych courses.
I also currently hold a competitive unpaid intern position with a large media brand.

My current list of schools to apply to:

UVM
Uconn (In-state)
Fordham
JMU

My questions are this:
How much will not having taken calculus affect my chances?
What are some other schools I should look into?
Am I shooting to high/low?

Thanks so much in advance to anyone who wants to contribute to answering any of my questions.

Some schools require you to take calculus before transferring into their business school, you should check the pre-admittance requirements for all of the schools on the list.
