I have a question about the elections..

Okay...so everyone hates Bush because of the way he run things, which is understandable, and yet it's the same people who are voting for McCain who is in fact with Bush on approx. 92% of the issues. So here's what I'm wondering. why is he going to be elected (Which I'm positive he will) if he is equally as bad as his predecessor? Can someone explain that in simple, laymen terms because it's just beyond me how this is possible! (that and why Bush was elected not once but TWICE even though his approval rates were in the red before his re-election)...

thank you!

that's all good. But you haven't answered my question. Okay so he's a candidate right now, but why are his prospects so high when he's clearly not the guy for the job in the eyes of the voters, who as I've mentioned hated bush for the reasons McCain also believes in?
