I have a question!

My first SAT score was a 1690. Without any significant preparation I recently scored a 1920, with Critical Reading at 670, Math at 610, Writing at 640, and an Essay at 9. With significant effort I don't see why this score can't be raised to a 2200 or better. Although there is one route of fact that can't be neglected. I have about a 2.8-3.0 GPA. I have an interesting and ambivalent/ effusive past, but anyone that truly knows me understands that when I aim to succeed at anything I am the best there is, said without narcissism.

As for my family:
-I am a under-represented minority (Guyanese, Peurto Rican)
-I will be the first one in my family to graduate with a true college degree (Mother holds Business associates)
-My family makes under $50,000 a year
-I have a "sob" story, and dream of doing my part to fix the world
-I have many significant people who are willing to give me strong recommendation letters

I have an overwhelming amount of EC's and hold significant positions in most of them. Here are most of them are:

~200+ hours of charity and community work (Not recorded for any Honor society or quote-meeting service-forcing program). I have done significant work with Lions international, Leo's international, Rotary International, Knights of Columbus, and many other anonymous works and acts of charity.

~Martial Arts Instruction - I teach TRADITONAL Martial Arts(Currently without pay), I have a Black Belt Diploma (Tang Soo Do/ Soo Bahk Do - Passed with complete honors) and am in pursuit of a second Black Belt Diploma (Ryu Kyu Kobudo - Ancient Okionwan Weapons) as well as a 2nd Degree Diploma (Tang Soo Do). I am a one time World Karate Union Hall of Fame Champion, and also hold many other trophies and honors.

~Music - I am originally a self-taught pianist, but am now taking lessons. I am working on very advance pieces by composers such as Rachmaninoff and Beethoven. I do ALOT of composing. I have always dreamed of playing the Cello, and now have the opportunity to do so, so I will be a cellist going into my undergraduate year.

~Writing - I write romance and philosophy. A few of my writings posted online have been published and given significant accreditation.

~Church - I am a senior alter server, part of the music ministry (Singing, Senior Cantor, music lessons, pianist), I help with theology seminars when asked, and do as much volunteer work filling in for people as I can.

I plan on a Biochemistry major and Philosophy minor. My dream as of the moment is to get accepted into a Dual-Doctoral (Md/PhD) program for a combination in Pediatric Cardiovascular Surgery and Biochemistry/Some sort of physics(Maybe Biophysics or Quantum Mechanical research).
I will have three AP's (Bio, Chem, English), and am strongly involved in a lot of the different departments in my school. I am very personally networked with one of the Superintendents (Ed.D), our principal (Ed.D), and many other authorities(MD, Ph.D, Ed.D) who are all willing to give me strong recommendations.

Question:
What are my chances of making it into a Top university undergraduate? If there is any chance, what universities/colleges? What will I need to accomplish in my senior year to do so?

I can't thank you enough for taking the time to read my excessively long post, and I hope that all is well with you.
Be safe, God Bless,

If by “top university undergrad” you mean something as selective as HYPMAS, the Ives, Chicago or Berkley then you have precisely no chance with a sub 3.0 gpa. All the other stuff is great but unless one of you well known contacts has made significant doantions to one of those universities there is no getting past your grades.

You have good EC’s and a strong background, but your scores aren’t high enough. If you plan on doing Biochemistry a 610 on Math is far too low, you should be hovering around 750. Critical reading is OK, and Writing is also somewhat low. How many APs does your school offer?

And obviously, your GPA is very, very low. You definitely should try to bring it up by a lot (at least 3.4). Right now, you won’t be making many Ivy Leagues unless you get very lucky. UPenn is possible, but I think that’s about as high as you’ll get.

Basically, you need to bring up your scores. Everything else seems fine. Some more info on school participation (clubs, leadership) would’ve been nice to add.

Your ECs are great, but that GPA is ridiculously low. There just isn’t any chance at the ivies with that, unless there’s a RIDICULOUSLY good story behind it. Otherwise there’s no excuse for a B- average, considering the rest of your stats. Maybe a decent LAC or state school could overlook your GPA, but nothing higher then #30 or so on USWANR as a general rule.
