i heard...

that Penn is extremely difficult to get into regularly because it fills a great percentage of its class with those who applied early.

from your experience(s)/readings/connections, how true is this?

Also, I’ve recently been waitlisted at several schools I thought I had a decent chance at, schools that are right below Ivy level. I’ve pretty much given up hope that I could still get Ivy acceptances, but I guess a little part of me is still anxious for March 31. Should I just give up all hope completely?

oops, sorry for the redundancy in the last sentence

Simple answer: Yes and no. Yes in that it is difficult to be accepted, cause it is a top-notch school, and yes, a lot of the class is made up of EDers. Lol what do you expect us to say about that last part? cause you are extremely vague about yourself, so we can't really judge you. No, you should never give up hope until you get that letter in your hands.
