I highly suggest AP Bio self-study

Reason is bcuz, i have gotten nuthing from the lectures so far, maybe cause i cant concentrate for a long period of time. Jus having the ur AP bio textbook and maybe AP Bio Review by Cliffs will get u through it. jus saying if anyone wants a heads up..

No kidding. I might as well have self studied all my APs, because going to class didn't help.

Haha, yea i kinda figured it was possible after having to study ALL of the thing last year in only like two months (my teachers was mad good, i just never payed attention/cared/bothered lol, ended up knowing NOTHING at around late march time..lol)

I got a 5 eventually though so its all good :)

is there anything else you guys suggest for self study?

I feel the same about my AP Bio class. The teacher is seriously not up to the level. He has to check his facts like 20 times in the book while lecturing.

Even if you self study and do well on the exam, will colleges even accept the score? Maybe I am wrong but don't certain colleges require documented lab work along with the AP score to receive credit/exemption from the course?

my school doesn't give exemption from anything for a 5 on AP bio
just gives extra units for passing, regardless of if it was self study or not
ap bio was a whole lot of reading. quite impressive if you do well with just self study
although I agree that for most APs, self study is possible, I just never had the discipline to study for something on my own :/
