I applied to Vanderbilt and Duke yesterday, and I went over my common app again even though I had already gone over it maybe 50 times for Stanford EA. Well, apparently 50 times wasn't enough. For the awards section, I put down National Merit, said I got it in 10th-12th and that it was a school award, and then left off National Honor Society (which I meant to put for 10-12 and school award). Both of these were written correctly in my resume, though. Is this likely to affect my acceptance? I'm already pretty sure I'm gonna get rejected, I just sort of want to know if that could be why.

No. Trust me, [url="<a href="http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/what-my-chances/470497-clam-fart-oh-my-god-what-did-i-do.html"]much">http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/what-my-chances/470497-clam-fart-oh-my-god-what-did-i-do.html"]much worse mistakes have been made./url

Really though, the mistake you’re mentioning is incredibly minor. Not an issue at all.
