I wrote a summary of my accomplishments during an internship for one of the colleges I applied to. I thought it would be beneficial to include the summary in the "additional writing" section of my common application for Duke. Unfortunately, I forgot to delete the prompt, which was along the lines of "If you've done anything not mentioned in your app, please include a summary of your work" when I submitted the summary to Duke!

Do you think I'm screwed? If the admissions officers google the prompt, then they'll know what college I wrote the summary for! Duke is my #1 choice and I don't want to mess up my chances of getting in :( HELP!

Should be fine. Adcoms aren’t idiots, they know you applied to other colleges (unless you are ED). If the dude who wrote “clam fart” as an EC on his app could get into Yale, then this is probably not a huge deal.
