I just had cheezits' for breakfast?

is it bad that all i ate for breakfast were cheezits', i am too lazy to go outside my dorm to get food, so a question that i have is: what health food or snack that does not need refrigeration can i stash in my dorm for a while that i can eat for breakfast. I don't have a microwave yet either, so hotpockets are out. :(

Cheezits is nasty for breakfast :/

I hate cheezits and chex mix…they make me feel nauseas (esp. chex mix) and I dont like cheezits…but my younger brother LOVES them so much.

I had one triple chocolate cookie and a glass of 2% milk…(just because my grandma gave me the cookie lol).

I was tempted to go to mcdonalds/ihop for breakfast but I don’t want to get fat/diabetes haha.

scones, cereal bars, bagels,hmm…

Something really good for you would be to take something like pretzel rods, gob one end in peanut butter, and then roll them in a mixture of granola-grains-nuts-dried fruit of your choice. Store in sandwich bags under consumption.

Or just buy a few cases of deluxe Moon Pies and hide them from everyone (or else you’ll have none left), they are absolutely deliciously, but total crap if you’re concerned about healthiness so much.

I love cheez-its and would have them for breakfast also.

Eat a fruit salad… or jello, or energy bars, or plain cereal

blueberry waffles (without syrup)
mmmm

chocolate chip waffles
w/o syrup of course

Pop tarts are da bomb

i thought i was the only one!! yess

Pop-tarts, in my opinion, are bleh (ok, depends on the flavor) but they are great for to-go; a bunch of artificial nutrients are added, and they’re a solid 200 calories each.

Fruits are great, I second those.

Bread and peanut butter and maybe jam. Applesauce. Pudding. Oatmeal if you can get warm/hot water.

You could buy Flintstones and eat those along with other stuff…not necessarily healthy but better than other stuff minus the multivitamins

As snacks but not meals: wheat/pita crackers, unbuttered popcorn, baked chips, pretzels

haha no, they are already sweet enough!

No wayyy, I do the same thing. Pop them Eggo’s in the toaster and eat 'em as soon as they pop up. IMO, it’s much better without syrup.

^nice, sounds like we need to create a fb page
“I eat my waffles WITHOUT syrup” Like
haha

i’m the only person i know that doesn’t like them with syrup. it’s convenient if you’re like me and you wake up 20 minutes before school starts and you can just grab it and go haha

Try granola bars, toast, or dry cereal.

thats been my breakfast for the past few years, so convenient

do you like them crispy? yummmm

crispy is definitely better than fluffy, have you tried chocolate chip eggo ones? theyre so good

they’re okay. i specifically told my mom to get blueberry once and she brought chocolate home. blueberry is my favorite. there’s no way you can pick the chocolate ones over blueberry, imo

Dried fruit
Trail Mix
Snappea crisps
Japanese rice crackers

This is making me hungry. :)

nutrigrain bars or special k breakfast bars. muffins are nice too =D

long life milk maybe?
