I just messedd up really bad!!! HELP!?!?!

<p>okay so I sent my tag to UCI instead of UCSD because I got the region X tag agreement. So I had an extra TAG (The online version) and used that on UCI. But I'm so dumb that I didn't check that you need 30 units(semester)/45 units (quarter) units by the end of the summer of 2011. On top of that when I went back on assist and added it all up to see how much units I have prior to the fall of 2011.. it came up to 29!!!!!!!!!!!! I was so annoyed. So is my TAG basically invalid since I didn't fulfill that requirement. What should I do? Help please, any inputs would be really helpful.</p>

<p>anyways, basically the actually TAG that you sent online (i have no idea what region X is), but your TAG… will be invalid :(</p>

<p>LOL only if I would have went with UCR with the TAG. Hopefully I’ll get into UCR/UCI with out TAG. Shooting for a 3.6 at least.</p>

<p>No worries, as long as your GPA is impressive you can get in without TAG.</p>

<p>My friend got into UCI without tag and with a 2.7 GPA (History major)</p>

<p>They will most likely not give you the TAG, but 3.6 will get you in at UCI even without the TAG. UCSD on the other hand, 50/50 i think.</p>

Hehe, just wanted to let you guys know the most important thing:</p>

<p>Before seeing a counselor (if necessary), and while you’re still in the sept 1-30 filing period, if you want to change your major you CAN. You just withdraw all the TAGs and resubmit with the proper information. </p>

<p>Obviously, when a counselor approves you and/or your TAGs are approved, you can no longer do that… so make sure you don’t have any mistakes on your ‘review’ page, and if you do CHANGE THEM NOW! lol.

I withdrew/resubmitted about 5 mins after asking the question here, it took all of about 30 seconds to fix it/resubmit (and there was no delay in the withdraw action, don’t worry). </p>
