<p>Well anything I would say would be repetitive except: I too was looking into colgate and I decided to visit it the summer before junior year… well I don’t want to insult anyone who may like it but i was very turned off. the school is tiny and i visited it at the end of the summer after everyone moved back in and it was still desolate. There are like 8 grad students and the whole campus is on a hill (weiiiird). Also they are ALL about community service and some people actually don’t get jobs after colgate - they commit to giving back to people… idk just giving my opinion. Oh and the admissions officer had no idea what she was talking about (she was probably new). Well good luck!</p>
<p>well thank you for your opinion! i appreciate that you would take the time out to share your personal experience with me. i havent visited yet but i’ve heard mixed things. i’m rather attracted to remote areas in new england which is why i’m looking at schools that in mostly iscolated places. i also see nothing wrong with giving back to the community. but the fact that the campus is small is a major turn off. i love the idea of going to school in new england with a huge campus to explore (ik how cliche that sounds lol) but thanks again!</p>
