I don’t know a lot about many of them. I would say you have a good shot at most. Vandy is a match. I would also say IN at UNC, but you are out of state, so you may havea harder time. I don’t know how much harder because I live in NC.

To update just a little bit, I could be NHS, will be the Student Council Treasurer for my senior year and I served as a volunteer youth basketball coach this past winter.

Your SAT score is very strong and your EC’s are fantastic. Unfortunately I believe that your GPA is low for the majority of your schools. I think you are a very strong candidate for Penn State, Miami, UF and UW. I think that you are a high match/low reach for U of Michigan and a reach for UNC. Vandy is also a reach but ED will help.

Start essays over the summer and make them excellent and you are in at all but vandy, UM, and UNC. Good chances at UM, likely in at vandy ED and UNC is a solid reach

Your GPA is a little bit low for these schools, but your SAT makes up for it. I think you have a pretty decent shot at Miamai, Maryland, Penn State, and maybe Wisconsin. The other schools will require a bit of work to get into. Good luck!

Gpa is a bit low but u did say your school is very highly ranked… Your a lot like me in the sat-gpa sense, but you have great ec’s. I would say just write a good essay really shoeing your passion for your ec’s and your good

ur SAT and ECs are good
take math II, i know its more preferred than math I, especially if your major is going to be finance-related
i think taking more AP classes will raise your GPA up to the levels that colleges want, especially the ones you are looking at, i think you should look at other more competitive colleges too! with ur GPA up, you’d be a fair competition for other colleges too
good luck!

GPA is a little low, but that isn’t everything in college decisions. Otherwise, ECs are pretty good and Vandy is the only really huge stretch as far as I can tell

I assume you mean UNC when you say North Carolina but i think that would be a high reach, your sat scores are good but your gpa is on the low side and they have a 15-20% cap on out of state students so you have to be practically perfect to get in oos and for the rest I think you have a decent shot, EDing to Vandy? can you afford to pay if they dont give you anything?

A 2200 is GREAT score for any of those schools, Vandy included. The only major limiting factor is you GPA. If you can raise that this Semester and 1st Sem. next year you should get in at all the schools. Obviously anything in your EC’s, Essays, Lor’s etc. that can make you look unique, or offer something great or special to their incoming class will be a plus. Seem many of your best EC’s are in media (Journalism/Broadcasting) and if you can relate that to future plans and goals it will help.

This is probably repetitive of other posts, but your GPA seems a bit low for these schools. However, your test scores and ec’s seem pretty good, so with good essays and recs, you’ll probably get in to at least half

You have a very good chance at getting into most of the schools on your list. Your SAT scores are right up there with the schools on your list. Your GPA is a bit low but your course load consisting of mostly honors will counteract that. Vanderbilt is the only college that is a reach for you.

Michigan, Vanderbilt, and USC are reaches. Great test score but GPA is much more important that SAT unfortunately =[ Especially at places like vandy
I would say you are in at the others likely. Try to get mostly A’s this coming semester.

PROS: You have a solid gpa (great weighted one) at an amazing school. Class President.

Michigan: match
Vanderbilt: good chance-reach
Wisconsin: match
Miami (FL), Florida: match
Penn State: good chance
North Carolina: match
Southern California: good chance-reach
Maryland: match

USC and Vanderbilt are tough but if you do ED to one of them, I’m sure you’ll get in. GOOD LUCK
