I made grammar mistakes

<p>ON my uc app. Got into sd (heard they don't read the essays?), sc, irvine; but does anyone here think LA and B will reject me because of my grammar mistakes? </p>

<p>****ing stupid of me to not review what I wrote at the last minute. (f'ing stupid of me to write in the last minute in the first place).</p>

<p>I misspelled a word because of stupid MS Word. :confused: </p>

<p>UCSD doesn’t read the essays, UCLA and Cal does. </p>

<p>i feel the same way about my essays. i wrote them the night they were due and decided to read them recently…and i uh…don’t wanna talk about em :)</p>

<p>Yeahhhhhh… I read over a lot of my essays and cringed in embarrassment. I typed ‘course’ instead of ‘chorus’ in one.</p>

<p>cal doesnt read essays… i was talking to someone from cal and they told me that if you’re a sure shot admission into the school, then they don’t reach your essays, but if you’re borderline or ok-ok chance, then they read your essays for more feedback… they only read about 1/3 of all applicant essays.</p>

<p>yeah I just used one of my essays for a scholarship essay and I noticed a couple of grammatical mistakes.
oh and you guys think you wrote crap when you did it last minute???
On one of them I used the word “wept” and the sentence “to make the world a sorrow-free place”. Yeah… yeah…YEAH. I can’t believe myself. My teacher even edited that shiz for me.</p>
