I messed up. Big time :( What should I do?

<p>I tagged for UCI business econ major & pretty much finished everything except for taking calculus.
I took Math 1A (first quarter calc) and got a D+. It's a major course.
I currently have a 3.7, but the grade hasn't update to my transcript yet. Reason being is that I've been focusing a lot more on civil engagement and club activities (bad, I know). </p>

<p>I've decided to retake Math 1A for spring quarter.
I haven't gotten any acceptance letters yet. What should I do? I'm freaking out :/ Should I wait until after acceptance letters to call them? Or should I do it right away?</p>

<p>Its up to you. Because they will see that “D” grade one way or the other and can still withdraw the admission they give you.</p>
