I Might as Well Take a Chance?

You are in at UNCC,I would use that as your safety, and most likely in at State. I would count Davidson as a reach, because I don’t know how they account for minority status, but it is extremely competitive and selective for a liberal arts college. I can’t help with the rest, but i would suggest applying to Carolina, it would also be a reach, but it wouldn’t hurt.

Carolina wouldn’t be too much of a reach, because of school related hook but I won’t apply there. Also if I don’ get into State I might kill myself so I lets just call that a safety. Thanks a lot and keep the chances coming!

Vfan, i’m also applying for WM, …for ED

I’m aiming for 1500 (V+M) …i’ve got 1390 last time.
Did you finish your common app. essays,

cuz i barely started mine, if your finished ,could you pm it to me.
I’m applying for buisness, economics so technically(not sure) i’m not your competition.
Also i’m an international…so no harm

I think international applicants have their own pool, or at least have their own reader. I’m hoping for around a 1500 next time I take the SAT too. I’m going to study my but off for the November one. Good luck though. Its a great school. Probably number 3 on my list right now.

Elon might be a great match for you, though it’s not a safety.

Yah I don’t consider it a saftey. I think of it as a low match. (that might tell you about how some colleges view my school).

William and Mary (liberal arts school) - dont know
Georgia Tech (School of Computing) - low reach
Davidson (liberal arts school) - dont know
Elon (liberal arts school) - match
Purdue (Engineering) - match
NC State (Engineering as first choice, First year College Second) - low match, high safety
UNC Charlotte (engineering) - dont know, probably safety

thanks ;)
