hi everyone! im gonna be a freshman and i was gonna commute, but now im starting to change my mind and im sure its too late to get a dorm, so i reli wanna find a roomate for an apartment!! if u know anyone, PLX PLX PLX let me know! thank you very much!

Just a few suggestions...you should check with housing on campus because a lot of people advertise at the housing office...also, they have guidelines for students when signing off campus apartment contracts...you should also start looking for apartments now for the fall because your choices will grow more limited as fall draws near

Also, I think you can still ask for a dorm late if there are open ones available. For the first quarter and a half one of my friends on my floor didn't have a roommate. So in scenarios like that I'm sure if you asked they could give you the room. That is if there are rooms available and you still want to dorm.

Another option you have is in a lot of apartment complexes not all the rooms(read: individual rooms, not apartments themselves) go unused. So if you go the management office and ask if there are any apartments with less people staying in them than the apartment allows you can go to that apartment and ask the resident if they wouldnt mind letting you stay in a room. Also, there might just be a few complexes with vacant rooms so you can ask for those, as well.

For a more straightforward approach there are a bunch of advertisement sites and places(I don't know of any specifically) for people looking for roommates, so just search for those.

craigslist.com works wonders
