I need an advice to choose between two Postgraduate school in UK

Hi brothers

I’m international Student from IRAQ, last three days I received 2 conditional offer to study Embedded System MSc from

1-University of Huddersfield

2-University of Southwales Prifysgol De Cymru

Tuition Fee:
Hud = 12500 GBP -2000 (Scholarship) =10500
South=13500 GBP -2000 (Scholarship) =11500
Difference: 1000 and it doesn’t make any different to me

Cost of living:
Hud : 600 at least for every month x 12 = 7200
South: 720 at least for every month x 12 = 8640
Difference: 1440 and it doesn’t make any different to me

Ranking:
Both universities are not in Top 100 University in the world
Some web site like 4icu give rank for each university
Southwales: 1938

Both university offer MSc in Embedded system, with Pre-sessional English course
Some people say that Huddersfield is better in ranking and other things
I don’t know which one of them should I choice

If you really cannot decide (and I am not sure I agree that there will be much difference in the living costs in these two places). just choose where you would prefer to live. I personally would not be rushing out to live in Newport. It’s pretty grim and deprived. But if you could live in Cardiff it would be much better.
