i need help!!! i want to transfer!!

im currently a freshman at csulb and im majoring in mechanical/aerospace engineering [haven't decided yet] and i really want to go to a UC, preferably UCB, UCSB, UCSD, UCI or UCLA because i just dont feel accomplished going to CSULB and i feel like ill be more excited and be more challenging going to a UC. I was wondering if it would be worth it to transfer in two years or just stay at CSULB and just go to a UC for graduate school....and if i decide to transfer, which campus would be the best for engineering [i kno berkeley but i just want info lol]....i wanted to transfer in one year, but its probably impossible so i just decided to transfer in two years [unless there is a way to go in one lol]

Take a good look at your major prereqs and ask yourself if you can complete that in two years (unless you have a lot of math/science AP credit, it definitely ain't happening).

As for best engineering school, well, you answered your own question. Don't know what to say there.

It wouldn't hurt to try to transfer. I mean, if you do plan on staying at CSULB and go to a UC for grad school, you're going to need to keep up the GPA anyway.

well ive gone over wat i need to take and it seems doable, but its not going to be easy. im aiming to go to UCI and im going to talk to whoevers running the engineering program there and see wat i need to complete and how well i should do it for consideration....has anyone transfered from a cal-state to a uc?
i just want to know if its doable...im definitely gonna have my grades up
