CE can you help me please! SAT

Ok, I need some guidance.

So I went in December(latest SAT date for CSUs) and took December test as a standby. However, the stupid person didnt tell me that I had to write the colleges/and codes of the schools I wanted on that paper to send them the scores. Its 10 dollars to send scores. Also, I need to rush them(30) to the colleges because one of them is due by the 27th according to a letter from them. Now I didnt study for this one, and didnt sleep for 24+ hours, the score isnt even that great.

Now the rest arent so Id be waiting my credits.

Now, I just took this second SAT test now, today, now I took this one with a fee waiver. I get 4 score things, and an additional four which are transferable. So I have 8. I think I got a much better score.

I want to send my December scores to 5 colleges, meaning, I will have to either make a new fee waiver registration to a test I dont want to take(probably) for the credits. However, if I waste my score report things on the December one, I wont be able to use them on the January one, which is more important but .the scores are due for I think, two colleges at the end of this month.

Also, I have to be 30 extra dollars to rush the scores

Also..I'm confused if I should save my credits and use them for the January one, or use them for the december one.

Also..how do I know when they require the SAT reports? Is collegeboard accurate? It says cal state san domingeuz is due on August? Isn't that..really really late? I'm not sure if I can trust those dates..I need to find it on the cal state uni's site but I can't find it.

I'm torn between wasting credits, sending them for the december one, and possibly having rejected because of it because that score isn't too good.

If I send them 2 SAT scores..will they just automatically make a choice off the first one I send?
