I just feel like i have to go somewhere...somewhere new..meet new people...interact. I feel really bored with my life at home and i want to do something new this summer. I already managed an internship at my congressman's office, but i feel like doing something else.

I want an experience away from home...just a few days. I want to meet more INDIANS ..as in INDIA..(lol...welll that is a bit exclusive isnt it!). It's true though, i feel the need to interact with my culture more. Idk how to explain it...maybe someone can help.

Clearly, many, actually most deadlines have passed, but any advice?

hmm...thanks for the suggestion..but going to india is completely impossible for my family and spening several thousands on abroad programs is even more impossible.

I mean I am willing to spend money...but NOT to that extent...i dnt even know what i want...or if im making any sense! LOL

Live homeless for a few days. Just make sure your parents know what's going on. And bring some emergency food in case you don't make enough off panhandling.

Edit: Oh wait, you want to meet Indians. Okay, then What They Said.

looks like i better move outta here quick! hahah..well chicago obviously has many indians too, but the area i live in is 100 percent white (not that i have any problem with that at all)..but i just feel like i missing out on good ol' brown fun...

"yeah i agree with diamondbacker, if you want more indians come to edison, nj i like to call it "browntown"

I agree too. I live in South Jersey, and at any kind of academic competitions, or sports like tennis that involve North Jersey, the teams are composed almost entirely of Indians.

You will meet so many people, all from many different backgrounds and cultures. I've been on several and I have met INDIANS (haha), Swedish chicks, Mexicans, English, Scottish, Welsh..... the list goes on. You will have a lot of fun and great relaxation.
