I plan on transferring from a 4 year, and I was wondering if anyone had advice

I have a 2.82 gpa (2 major classes and 2 minor classes the entire year) because I screwed up my last year due to partying and health issues. However, due many things, I now currently have a 4.0 (my semester is 2 major and 2 minor classes.), even after my midterms. I have turned myself around, and due to medical things over the summer, almost no issues. Next semester I plan on taking more major and GE classes.

I was wondering if anyone had any advice for me. If I finish my semester, then my GPA would be 3.18

When I finish next semester (19 units to get to 60 units), and if its at a, say, 3.7 then my overall gpa would be a 3.35

Does anyone have any advice? I know it would be impossible for me to get into Cal like my cousin, or Stanford like my brother, but does anyone have any advice? Im doing CS and philosophy.

Thank you

Here is a link so you can see the UC GPA admit rate for each campus and major. You need to see how many of your 4 year university courses transfer to any of these schools. You may be at 60 units but some may not transfers. Also priority is given to CC transfers, then UC to UC and CSU to UC transfers followed by 4 year in-state University transfers.
