I probably shouldn't be saying this...

Midyear reports are due after the first term’s grades are available from your high school (or if on a trimester system, the second trimester’s grades). If you’re on a semester system, you probably want to make the request to your GC now.

As to the final transcript, the deadline last year was July 10. If they do it the same way this year, you will get a fair amount of email in the spring, including a link to an orientation Web site. That site will include a checklist with deadlines for a lot of paperwork that’s due over the summer.

Apparently my midyear report is already submitted (? I think)

It’s rather doubtful to me that I have to send a mid year report at march. (This trimester for my school ends at the end of febuary)

maruhan, didn’t your application include your first trimester’s grades? geek_son’s midyear report was indeed submitted in March.

Blackroses, we’ll keep our fingers crossed for you!

No, my senior grades were not included.

Oh, ok – then I guess you don’t need to worry about the midyear report, especially since it’s already filed. geek_son’s app included first-trimester grades, so it wouldn’t have made sense for his midyear report to be filed before end of second trimester. :)

Blackroses, fingers crossed here too!

Oh my…
I got an essay back yesterday, but it seems like I completely misunderstood the question + poorly backed up with evidence and got a C- on that essay.
I’ve never got an essay grade in the C range, so I’m rather shocked, and I’m afraid that this grade will drop my english term grade quite significantly, possibly even to a C+. (my school is a trimester so each assignment is worth more, also we don’t really have homework assignments so essays basically determine our grade)
Unfortunately, there is no way I can raise this since I got the essay back the day of my finals.

urrg… this is really bad
