I certainly don’t think you’re an automatic reject, but you have some weak points. I don’t know if you can do that thing explaining an F, but if you can then that should help a lot if you have a good reason. SAT is decent, if I knew your actual GPAs then I could tell you more accurately what your chances are. Depends your program also. If you’re doing business, I can tell you now that I’m almost positive you won’t get into that. But anything else, probably will get in? Good luck!
