i sent in my app (11/20), when will i receive a receipt or notification from Carnegie

<p>Let's see....you mailed it on Sunday, which means it didn't leave your local post office till Monday morning...unless you live in Pittsburgh, it wouldn't have made it to their mail room until Weds. earliest, where it still sits, as they may not have disbursed Wednesday's mail to various depts. yet. (And CMU's mail room is really slow). Plus, it's a holiday weekend and they aren't due back in the office till Monday - you've got a while to wait - relax .</p>

<p>Hmm if its online that doesn't matter. After you submit, it should tell you they downloaded it on their website. Still, if you want to verify everythings in, <em>points up</em></p>

<p>you know. it takes approx four days to send things one way. and even more time to process it. also consider thanksgiving break. I think you'll get it around 6th</p>

<p>I'm using the common application online and the supplement is doing some messed up things. Specifically, my essay just shows up as a block of text with no paragraphs. Has anyone else had this problem?</p>

<p>Maybe its just your Adobe Version? Call them and ask if your essay is a bunch of blocks mate!</p>
