Is anyone else from here going? Also are people here staying the full time from thursday to saturday or just friday to saturday?

I'm still unsure as to whether the accepted students' weekend is for R.D. kids exclusivley, but I will clear it up tomorrow when I call the Carleton offices. If E.D. kids are also permitted to attend then I will definitely be there from Thurs-Sat.

ED kids are definitely permitted to attend. I mean, you already agreed to enroll, so the college has nothing to lose. For all it cares, Carleton could make admit weekend a ritualistic torturing of prospies on Stewsie Island and ED kids would STILL have to come next fall. I had a great time as a prospie over the admit weekend last year, and if you can attend, I would encourage it, ED or RD.

The only reason I was skeptical was the fact that I had not received any information about the weekend. Was there some information in the R.D. acceptance letters? If so, I'm sure I can get the information by calling the office tomorrow.

Well, I guess my mom e-mailed Carleton without my knowing, but anyway here is the response she received.

Ms. Potter,

Letters with invitations Accepted Student Days just went out to
students who were accepted Early Decision. Jerome should get a letter
in the mail any day which will contain a letter and an invitation. If
it isn't there by the end of the week, let me know and I'll get you
all the necessary information. I hope you have a nice week!
