I took some bad advice when I transfered colelges

Im looking for some help if someone has gone through a similar situation. I have attended two community colleges. At one community college, call it A, I meet all requirements and credits, but do not have enough credit hours from the school itself, which requires 15. (I took one class here). At school B I have all credit hours with the exception of one math class. This math class is only offered at this school and not at any of the others I looked at when I moved. I received some bad information from the counselor of this school actually this was the 2nd time something like this happened.

Clearly school B will not give me a degree because I am short one of their required courses, will school A waive the minimum hour requirement in order to give me a degree?

If you’ve only taken a single 3 hr course, I doubt that they will offer a degree. Are you able to save and take the 3cr math course online or in a short semester quickly to take your degree, or can you talk to an advisor about waiving that course credit and substituting another math credit?

Turns out I have 9 credit hours with the school I have all requirements for.

No they will not substitute College algebra for their required Gen Ed math (its actually called this)

I have a meeting tomorrow with them, Im just nervous about and was hoping someone might have some law and order loop hole for me.
