I want to go into health but don't know which career?

I am trying to become a Certified Nurse Anesthetist but do not know if there are any other options in the Medical field.

Not sure what you mean?

CRNA is an advanced practice nursing degree which requires a BSRN plus completion of a X years of nursing experience and a then a Master’s degree. (There’s a great of deal of talk of requiring a nursing doctorate for nurse anesthetists in the near future).

If you strictly want anesthesia, there are 2 other options: certified anesthesia assistant (http://www.anesthetist.org) or a MD with a specialty in anesthesia.

If you’re just trying to get info about other healthcare profession careers, try starting here:

Ok thanks I wanted to go either as a simple physician or a Nurse Anesthetist

OK, but please realize that there is no guarantee you’ll qualify for an anesthesia specialty even if you do make it into med school. Anesthesia is a medium-competitive specialty that requires certain USMLE board scores as well as strong letters of recommendation from your anesthesia preceptors from your clinical rotations.

OK
