I am a member of the animal club and have almost a year of work experience in the field (animal hospital: kennel attendant)
I work full time and am a full time student.
I have over a 3.5 this semester (spring), will they be able to see my improvement?
I applied to cal poly slo & chico university as well.
Chico was my fall back but now I’m worried I won’t even get into my fall back.

You look like a competitive applicant, but being OOS puts you at a disadvantage since Cal States give priority to local and in-state applicants. I think you have a good chance. Good luck.
i got rejected by both slo and cal poly pomona. do i have a chance at being accepted by Chico?
I think Chico state would be a Match.
If you were in-state, I’d agree, Chico should be a lock - as long as you’ve taken the right classes. OOS transfer is tough to predict. There has been a LOT of public pressure on CSU and UC schools to admit more CA residents.
It could go either way.

I got accepted to Chico! 
Now I’m just waiting for UCDavis…I doubt I’ll get in though.
