out of state undergrad transfer applying to CA colleges...what are my chances?

I applied to Cal Poly Pomona, Cal Poly SLO, UC Davis, and Chico University for Fall 2016.(undergrad transfer

Major: Animal Science (impacted major)
GPA: 3.39 (will be a 3.6 once I complete Spring Semester)
Golden 4 courses: 2 of them will transfer over after spring semester (bio&chem;I expect to get A’s). For statistics I got an A, speech:B, and critical thinking: C+.
Residency: I am an out of state student.

What are my chances?
I doubt I’ll get into UC Davis…but what about the other schools?

I forgot to mention I’m not a traditional student.
I completed two years at a university then dropped out (with W’s on transcript).
After not being in school for a year, I went to a community college and did two semesters there.
I then went to a different community college which is the school I’m at right now.

So in total I have been to 3 different schools so far. I’m not sure if this will negatively affect my chances but my guess is yes.
