I want to take AP Human Geography but my school doesn't offer it!

<p>I've always wanted to take the class, but don't have the chance! I also have five other AP classes in my schedule</p>

<p>I heard it's easy to self study, but can I take it as an online course instead? I have a study hall first period, that I can set aside for the class, and I'm motivated enough to do it at home, I just feel I would benefit more from an online course, but they are so expensive! </p>

<p>Also, how do I go about taking the AP test in May if my school doesn't offer the class?</p>

<p>If you took this class or self studied it what was your experience with it? </p>

<p>This is what we call “self-studying.” Yes. It’s extremely difficult (for AP Bio), but HG is notoriously easy. For taking the class, at least my school was willing to order the exam and have a proctor, no extra costs or any questions. Some schools might require you to go to a different high school though.</p>

<p>My school had one proctor for a kid who decided to take AP German even though it wasn’t offered at our school lol so I think you will be fine. Otherwise, neighboring schools is an option</p>
