Hi, I attend a community college in Florida. I am planning to transfer to FSU with my Associates degree in the fall but I only have a GPA of a 2.6. I heard over the years that any university in Florida has to accept you if you have a Associates degree but it says on the FSU website that you need a 3.0. Please help me understand more about this any advice is very appreciated. Thank You :)

Why don’t you contact the FSU admissions office to get the word from the horse’s mouth?

It means you need to take one more semester of classes at your community college and get straight A’s or so if you want to be allowed into FSU. (They only have to accept you if you have a 3.0, otherwise they don’t.)
