<p>I was looking at Barnard’s International Baccalaureate credit policy and saw that I’d be eligible for 30 points of credit because I received the Diploma. If I get in as a transfer student (my fingers are crossed!) would I be a year ahead (so a junior instead of a sophomore) or would that not do anything for me because of transfer credit?</p>
<p>That is something you will probably need to discuss with your advisor once you are admitted. Even if someone here has a similar background, your specific credits (specific classes taken) may well be considered differently by Barnard than someone else’s…</p>
