IB English HL exam

Does anyone know what this test consists of?? We did the IB Oral already, some kind of commentary's (details??) tomorrow, what's on the last day?

the orals are where you talk for 15 mins prepared, the commentary's similar except you prepare on the spot..and you..comment haha. the final exam includes to papers, done in a total of 2 hours i think. then you have your world lit papers that'll be sent out..you write two for HL. im doing HL too :D

Well, you presumably did the commentary today, hope you have as much fun as I did...ha.

Tomorrow you'll have to do an essay on works you've already read. There are several categories, your school would have picked one (poetry, novel and short story, drama, nonfiction...something like that) there will be a couple essay choices for your category (you get no choice in this, you must write on what your school has prepared) as well as a couple theme essay choices that can be used by anyone. You pick ONE from amongst all these choices. The books (we do the novel category, I guess yours might not be books) you have to write on...well, I hope you know, though it sounds like you might not...if that's the case, ask your fellow classmates, but essentially, it'll be anything you've read for IB that you haven't yet used for orals, world lit, etc.

Hope that helped, and good luck!
