As for appearance, I just know when I see one. As for personality, she has to be understanding, calm, and loyal. I hate girls who freak out over nothing, and girls who like a different guy every week.

Appearance: Preferably taller than me (I’m 1.72 m). I dunno how to describe the faces I like… clean, well defined nose, and dark eyes. Preferably no beard, definitely no mustache. He should be thin, but not like a stick. Really muscly guys are disgusting.

Dress: I adore guys who wear a semi-formal sort of look… think of Joseph Gordon-Levitt’s character, Tom, from (500) Days of Summer or of the J.Crew men’s look.

Personality: Able to make me laugh all the time. A good listener. Polite and friendly, but likes to tease. He shouldn’t be afraid of mild pda. Also, I hate it when guys are self-centered and have a better-than-you attitude. Not a pessimist, or at least not annoyingly so. Ohhh, and musical/artistic!

Morals: Atheist or agnostic, but has good morals.

Intelligence: Definitely as smart as I am, give or take some.

…annddd so much of this doesn’t apply to the person I’m sort of with, haha.

oops, I left off a part of appearance. 2+ inches taller than me

Ideal Girl

Appearance: Beautiful face. A face that can make me smile when I’m sad. Brunette probably, though nothing against blondes. Recent string of Latinas, maybe that’s a clue. No preference on height. Can pull off the puppy dog face and get me every time.

Dress: The phrase “dress to impress” makes sense. The way a girl dresses can really attract a guy more than it can put him off.

Personality: Good girl, who still loves to have fun and will stop what she’s doing to go have a good time.

Morals: See Personality

Intelligence: At my level or preferably smarter than me

Goal in life: Have a good time

Passion: Something athletic.

Manner: See personality

Relationship goals: I would want her around all the time…so…

Mila Kunis/Miranda Kerr type of girl.

Ideal Guy:

Appearance:

.Height:
-He would preferably be under 6’0’'. It would be awkward for me to date or marry someone 9 inches+ taller than me.
.All alternative components:
-Irrelevant. As long as he doesn’t walk around with food all over his clothes, all alternative physical aspects don’t concern me.

Personality:
-Someone willing to converse in intellectual conversations oriented around an array of concepts
-Appeasing to be associated with
-Comprehensive
-Gregarious

Morals:

.Religion:
-Irrelevant, as long as he’s tolerant of my beliefs

Intellect:
-Preferably at the same level as me, or exceeding that level
-It would serve as an opportunity for me to further develop my own knowledge.

ideal girl

looks:
face has to be presentable (no acne or any of that s hit), but the bod’s whats most important dawgs. killer legs and bodacious too. height dont matter

personality:
gotta be sweet and like to talk wit me but not overly talkative

religion:
lookin for a good catholic girl

intellect:
not any smart than me lol

Girls: Is anyone’s ideal guy the complete opposite of your ideal guy? There have been one or two I’ve read that I would NEVER date.

Same thing for guys.

^Yeah, the guy who was anti-committal and wanted a girl whose goal was to break laws.

But that could have been a joke…?

Warts… You’re a girl??? All this time I thought you were a guy!! Didn’t you even tell me you were a guy!!! Wow, I had it wrong this whole time! (No offense! It’s not like you talk in a very manly fashion haha. I just had the weird idea that you once told me you were a guy)

Ideal Girl.

1) Shares and is amazing with my sense of humor. I could never EVER have a girlfriend who I wasn’t also a friend, and in friends I look for people who make me laugh constantly and with whom I can have lots of fun. [this can not be fudged]

2) Appearance - Unlike with any friends I have who just so happen to be girls I would have to be attracted to a potential girlfriend. The ideal girl would be a ballet dancer (legs…drools…) with perky B-cups and Alexis Bledel’s face… [I have to be attracted to her but I tend to find A LOT of girls to be attractive however some are (obviously) more attractive than others)

3) Intellect - Ideal girl would be just as smart as I am but in the humanities, be very familiar with classical music and also be curious in mathematics and physics… [As long as I feel like I am able to hold an intelligent conversation with said girl then interests and such are more or less meaningless although having the overlapping areas of interest and being able to teach me stuff on occasion is a foundation for any relationship]

4) Personality - A bit of a goofball, knows how to have fun but not really a “party girl.” Like to watch good movies and bad ones and can appreciate good TV and standup.

5) Family - No hotter older sisters for temptation, and a father that won’t threaten to do weird stuff to my giblets involving a power drill and a whisk if I bring her home a bit late…

fuzzleshnops, I probably would never date your guy!

… Three pages and no girl has gone for the obvious…

spreads index fingers far apart

Appearance: Ideally, CUTE face–most importantly. Just clear, pleasant, takes care of herself without being too girly. Really…just someone that can be cute and attractive, but by no means has to be a knockout (seeing as I’m far from it…)

Dress: IDC too much, dresses up sometimes, but is comfortable in, well, comfortable clothes. I think girls can look hot in sweat pants OR tight jeans…so yeah, just someone who is comfortable with their style…idc really.

Personality: Fun-loving, deep at times, but also ready to have fun and not be serious 100% of the time. someone accepting. someone who is willing to be emotional but not dramatic. i could go on forever, but that’s the basics. nice, friendly, but honest too. Opinionated, but open-minded. I want someone to be able to disagree with me without us getting into a personal fight, because I love a good discussion.

Morals: i dont care about religion, but someone who is open-minded and doesn’t force beliefs (but will discuss them). is kind and just and reasonable, and does not use force except in retaliation (and it would have to be reasonable then)

Intelligence: It would be nice if the person is within my intelligence level, below/at/above, so we can have meaningful conversations…don’t care about statistically intelligent but more about being thoughtful and discussing things and talking philosophically (not too much!) if I want. not gonna lie, but must love something in the humanities…and respect the humanities…haha

MimuTh’s post #6 is definitely someone I wouldn’t date. Athletic = BIG NO.

Haha, BeautifulNights. Why wouldn’t you like my ideal guy? (just curious)

Oh My God. ROFL
:)

Lol, no, I’ve never stated that. That’s ok though, a multitude of people were under the impression that I was a guy.

^ Yeah lol there was even a thread dedicated to it a couple of months back…

Girls really don’t care about that.

^Why is athletic a “BIG NO”

1 in 2 guys play HS sports or something…
