Hi!! Hope someone can help me!!
I am submitting my financial aid application through the CSS Profile, I am requested to upload some tax returns via the IDOC. I have sent my parent’s tax returns, the status of the document is stated as received, but, Is still requested in the “Required Documents” section, with the following message:
“ALERT: We have processed the documents you see in Processed Documents below, and will deliver them to your school(s). However, most schools require parent tax information to complete a financial aid file. If you have not yet done so, please have your parent(s) submit a 2017 Federal Tax Return or equivalent document as soon as possible.”
I can’t understand if this message is stating that my documents are wrong, or if rather I should receive this message from the school where I am submitting my documents.
