IDOC & Non-Custodial Parent

<p>My D received an email with a request to send the IDOC requirements for one of the schools she applied to. When I printed out the cover sheet, her dad's name was typed on the covers sheet as well. I checked with him and he has not received an email requesting documentation. But his name on the sheet we printed off has me confused . . . </p>

<p>Do we (her dad and me) have to send the information in all together under the one cover sheet? </p>

<p>Or should I forward him the email my D received and he print out his own and send separately? I don't think he'd be too thrilled to share all of his financial information with me. </p>

<p>In the directions for the IDOC they state that if the noncustodial parent would prefer to file their information separately they can do so but must use the cover sheet when submitting to IDOC. I just emailed the link to my Ex so he could print his own cover sheet and mail in.</p>
