IDOC question

I uploaded everything IDOC requested and it was all processed. However, I still have a few items under the “required” field. One is the Form 1099 (Custodial) which appears as processed in the “Processed Documents” yet it is still in the “Required Documents.” The same happens with the W-2 forms. The federal tax returns also shows up as “required” even though the 1040 and all schedules have been processed (apart from 1040 and schedules is there something else I may be missing for the federal tax returns?). Finally a Form 1099 from the student is required but I have never filed any taxes nor have I worked, and also submitted the non-tax filer statement.

My question is if this is a normal occurrence and I should just wait, or whether I should contact college board (or the colleges) about it. I submitted all my documents in Feb 15th and they finished processing a day or two ago.

I had an issue with that too. My daughter’s 1099 was uploaded and supposedly processed but I still have an outstanding required document. I called the College Board office and spoke to someone who said everything was fine on my daughter’s account and yes, they processed the 1099. She also said that the dashboard will not change (it’s going to continue to show outstanding) and the next communication would be from the college for the my daughter’s “reward.” Ok, that term certainly did not make me feel that the person on the telephone knew what she was talking about. :frowning: Anyway, I waited on hold for 30 minutes for this phone call. FYI, we were also missing a couple of colleges on the iDoc request; she said not to worry.

Thanks for the response!
