If Did terribly frosh/soph yr. can I still get into a good school?

Freshman and sophomore year I got mostly B's with 2-3 Cs and a couple A's (I took all honors classes)

Junior year I got straight A's.

My ECs are 2 years of soccer (fr, so), 4 years of scholastic bowl, 2 years of tennis (jr sr), 2 years of tri-m (audition based music honor society), Marching band, jazz band, pep band, pit band, and concert band honors. (1st chair trumpet)

The schools I really want are UNC (OOS) , UVA (OOS), WashU, Emory and couple others. (i have safety schools don't worry)

I know they are reaches but do I have any chance of getting in at all?

My weighted gpa is 3.8 ish and unweight is 3.4-3.5 ish

I got a 32 on my ACT

Basically I want to know if they will look at the trends, I didn't do well but then I turned it massively around, despite my low cumulative GPA will it count at all that I did much better my junior (and so far my senior) year?

Anyone got anything?

Im in the same boat… hopefully those colleges will see an upward trend in grades… your acts great, howevef

Emory- high reach
UNC- not sure, but prospects don’t seem good
Consider uga or clemson
