<p>I'd probably be a civil servant - leaning towards diplomacy for now. I wouldn't mind some super cool top secret government post though!</p>

<p>Trial lawyer. Seriously. Wanted to be one ever since I was a kid. You get to argue with people and it's results oriented/clear cut at the end of the day - you either win or lose.</p>

<p>Can't stand the hours in biglaw though. In this hypothetical scenario of yours, is the pay pegged to the no. of hours you work?</p>

<p>That or a concert pianist. But I would probably get sick of music if I had to practice 12 hours a day.</p>

<p>that's completely up to you :D but i would think so. in my hypothetical scenario, no passion or dream job would be worth more or less than others - and so effort, rather than the type of job, would be rewarded. but then again, in that scenario that'd also be no monetary incentive to work extra long hours to get that coveted promotion since your boss gets paid the same as you! :D</p>
