If I send my second term grades later, will it help my chances?

My GPA was a 3.7, but this term dropped to a 3.6. My grades will probably improve a lot next term, but they won’t be sent until February. Will colleges really reconsider me at that point?

If the admission decisions are not out yet, yes. But I think a 3.6 compared to a 3.7 cum won’t make a difference. Breathe.
