Currently, I am in 10th grade studying in an all IB School. I’m not so bad enough at math that I can not take Math SL next year, but some of the teachers recommend that I make life easier for myself next year and take studies. If I wanna go to the University of Washington and probably do nothing related to math, is this ok? What do I need to aim for in other classes to make sure that I get in?
If your major doesn’t require calculus, yes, absolutely.
Just make sure you have strong HL 's (advanced foreign language, history, philosophy…) and predicted results of 6+ in them.
