If my GC won't lemme self-study APs?

<p>I'm only a sophomore, but I know I can handle 2-3 self studying APs (they're easy ones). What should I do to take the tests even if my GC won't let me self-study them at my school? I have a feeling my guidance counselor won't let me take them.</p>

<p>Can I take them at another testing center? How so?
Any advice would help.</p>
