If the stress of school was taken out, which school subjects would you actually enjoy.

I would love my AP English class if my teacher wasn’t such a…you know.

Yeah @nickxx, I get what you mean. Except, in my case, even my ap classes end up like that. There’s a few people that don’t pay attention, and the teacher puts all of her attention on them.

Sometimes I think the problem is that AP classes just aren’t the same as the college classes they mean to replicate. It’s just another high school class.

@randommuse I think it could be attributed to the push for students to take AP classes if they want to go to college. It seems like people are taking the classes for the name, similar to joining school organizations to have something to put under EC’s, not to learn or be involved.

@nickxx, funny story about the “push for ap classes”

The counselors at my school will push students to take ap classes that don’t want or need them, and will push the students that do want to take the classes into not taking them. It’s weird. I don’t get it. We got a new counselor this year, and she seems a lot more sane.

I would like French more if my teacher didn’t teach verbatim from the text. Sometimes (or all the time) I wish I’d dropped it, but four years looks better. :stuck_out_tongue: That goes for Chem last year too.

I think I’d still hate theology class in general.
