<p>well idk about davis but when i called irvine admissions they said if you’re waitlisted you can still appeal. im not sure if davis is the same. call them!</p>

<p>Yes, you can appeal. Look at the waitlist faq’s. Somewhere it says that those who were not offered admission are able to appeal, including those on the waitlist, becuase you were essentially not admitted.</p>
