<p>Lets say you decide that your major isn't a match for you...and you want to change to another major that happens to have the same lower division classes...but in another college.</p>
<p>lets say you are in CLAS and want to change to engineering.
would it be possible to talk to someone in college of engineering and apply, BEFORE withdrawing yourself from CLAS?</p>
