If you've been accepted to UT Austin out of state can you post your stats please?

<p>I got into Cockrell School of Engineering with</p>

<p>ACT: 29
SAT: 1880
GPA 4.1 W (idk unweighted)
School: Plano West (top 1% high school in the nation)
rank: 13%</p>

<p>I generally focused on my essays than anything else with leadership skills becuz i knew i woulnd’t make it with my rank or scores.</p>

<p>Got into School of Natural Sciences with a 34 ACT, 3.96 GPA (school doesn’t rank), fairly decent essays and ECs, and a legacy. I submitted a major change request to petroleum engineering. Hopefully it’s accepted.</p>

<p>Nat1818 (or anyone), I was admitted OOS to liberal arts college but may want to switch to communications. Did you submit you major change request through your mystatus page? Also, who makes that decision, the admissions office or the college you’re trying to get into,if you know. Thanks!</p>

<p>I checked the website yesterday and saw I was accepted. Maybe a letter will come later n the mail. </p>

<p>I’m out of state (New Jersey) and graduated with an associate’s degree in 1996 with a 4.0 GPA. My SAT score wasn’t required. Hope I’m not responding to the wrong thread. I’m a transfer student. </p>
