<p>Encrypt your outgoing traffic, use a non-blocked port, and only download from private trackers.</p>

<p>Alternatively, when you move out, break into your neighbors wifi, and download to your hearts content. When the axe comes down, it wont be you who gets their head chopped off...</p>
